My company doesn't have a dedicated sales department but rather we are very opportunistic when opportunities arise. We are looking into Dynamics 365 as an ERP solution. One possible use that has been brought up is around using Cortana to perform daily searches and learn from inquires that are reviewed, to use to refine future searches and sort by priority. Allowing for key stake holders to spend 15 minutes a day prospecting for potential opportunities. An example of a key term would be "strike" in relation to labor services. Tied in with the CRM function I was hoping to have this feature be a way of expanding our potential client base. Is this now or in the near future possible as out ERP implementation time line is Q2 of 17. Thank you in advance for your comments.
