I'm trying to add a duplicate detection rule to my instance of CRM so that if a contact and a lead have the same first and last name, then a warning message will appear. However the fields do not match up. Contact uses First Name and Last Name, which turns into Full Name on the view (image 1). Lead however uses the field Name, which then branches out to first name and last name (image 2).
I have tried a number of different combinations but nothing seems to work.
