CRM Plugin Outlook2016 Offline not working

Hi,

I've installed CRM2016 plugin for Outlook2016, but If I try to put offline appears this error and it doesn't work:

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint "cndx_PrimaryKey_SystemForm"
Cannot insert duplicate key in object "dbo.SystemFormBase".The duplicate key value is...
