Automatic creating fields every day at specific time

Hi,

 I have configuration custom entity.In that we have two configurations like "AM Report & PM Report".

and we have custom workflows based on this custom entity and it;s trigger at specific time everyday,but there is no wait condition in that workflows.

whenever these workflows are triggered the "AM Report & PM report" configurations created on time will change automatically.These workflows are triggered when record created only.

So My question is how can I create these two configurations in that custom entity automatically at specific time everyday.
