We have CRM On-Premise 2016 SP1 installed, and using the Outlook Client 2016 SP1. When exporting data to Excel from the web client the performance is really fast. When attempting the same exports to Excel from the Outlook client I get this screen hanging for approx 60 seconds:
Then I get this error message:
If I click Open I can then open the excel and records are there as expected. This happens for any kind of export: Static, Dynamic or PivotTable, and from either a record list or an advanced find originating in the Outlook Client.
Any ideas how I can cut out this 60 second wait?
