Quick View Form Only Visible after initial Refresh

I have a case form and OOTB CRM uses a quick view of the account entity - "account card"

However, initially when I create a case, select an account and save...the "account card" does not appear on the case form until I refresh or exit and enter the case form again.

As you can tell this is only an issue on NEW cases at the beginning....is there a way to show the account card after a save? It is not ideal that I have to refresh....
