CRM 2011 for outllok adds-on is disabled.

Hi 

I have CRM 2011 with rollup 18. I install crm for outlook with rollup 18 to a user and the adds-on is offline. all the tabs is gray.

all the users not have this problem, only one user.

I install a computer from fresh and still the adds-on is gray (offline)

I sign-in with a different user and it's work.

How can I fix IT?
