Hi everyone,
I have a problem opening the existing attachment in crm online 2016. I have couple of attachments on a record and when i try to view them individually i get the below error, the error doesn't give enough details. The other attachments doesn't have this problem and i can see the attachment names with the record. Any inputs/help on this is highly appreciated. i'm attaching a snapshot of the error. Thanks in advance.
