Debugging Integration Table mapping/Integration Synchronization job for the integration between NAV 2016 and Dynamics CRM 2016

Dear all,
I went through this link https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt574341(v=nav.90).aspx and made my own custom integration mapping between a custom table I created and an entity in CRM (integration table).
When i go to navigate->run full synchronization, I am not having my data get transferred from the NAV table to the integration table. The custom table named lookup carries data but this data is not getting transferred to the integration table called kind as displayed below.
No error message is being displayed either.
In this case, how can I proceed to figure out the issue? How can I debug things?
