I need first name and last name to be read only fields to specific users but fields are locked

In contact entity there are fields locked by default and I can't edit them internally through customization (can't put them in field security profiles and if I denied create and write access through security rules it make all fields in form read only)

what I need?

to make both fields read only to specific users
