Dynamics CRM Asynchronous Services not seen in services

Hello everyone

I am working on a CRM 2011 on-premise environment. Workflows are not firing so I checked if the Asynchronous services is running but unexpectedly I cannot find the "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Asynchronous Services" under Services.

I can see only Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sandbox Processing Service.

I feel someone has uninstalled the service? I have not seen this before, can you give me suggestion please?
