Error :The authentication endpoint Username was not found on the configured Secure Token Service!

Am getting the Error (The authentication endpoint Username was not found on the configured Secure Token Service! ) in my plugin i.e C# code. 

particularly at steps service.retrieve ,service.retreivemultiple .
