Resolve case error

hi, all

when i close the status and click on save button. case is closed.

but when i click on resolve case button its showing its showing following error

 when i refrsh the screen resolve case button went off.  i do not want this error to display. as i wrote workflow to resolve a case automaticaly

requirement: When they close the case could the resolve button be disabled
