Editable Sub-grid is not loading fully from a quick create form after upgrading to V9.0.

Hello,

We have  a editable sub-grid in a  Quick Create form. Upon opening of the Quick Create form, the Editable sub-grid does not load fully and shows only first row. This is an issue started only after upgrade to V9.0 from V8.2.

We are on dynamics Online version. Did anyone else run  into this issue and have any suggestions.
