help with network access

hi all

 i have installed

windows server 2012

and of course

Active Directory With Name : Elsaidy

DNS i didn't make any configuration

i installed the program

i put an ip for this server

1.30.253.200

and the computer name is : crm

if i want to access the crm application from internal network

i have to access

http://CRM:5555

or

http://1.30.253.200:5555

but it doesn't work

please help
