CRM 2016 on premise - random errors appearing on CRM for Phones and Tablets

We have upgraded from CRM 2013 to 2016 On-premises (8.1.0.359), everything works fine for us except that we are experiencing random errors on CRM for Phones and Tablets.


Error log says:
