upgrade crm 4 to crm 2011 RU 17

hey all, 

we just upgraded our crm to crm 2011 RU17, when we finish all we will upgrade -2013/15/16..

I have that function, that fails on the bold lines, or everywhere it written "Node"

who can help me to review my code?
