1 week back- .bak file initially restored as 242 mb, Now when I try to take the backup it is 1.17 gb

Hello Team,

When I initially restored the .bak file in the SQL it is 242 mb and now when I tried to take the same backup of that it is giving me as 1.17 GB.

I am worried if this is a normal behavior (I created only 10 entities from the day I restored)

Any help or guidance is highly appreciated.
