During reply email from crm, while we click on reply all. There are many email address with red font. The red font is simply because this email address hasn't registered to account or contact entity. Is it possible to create a new contact based on red font email address? I mean, during click send email, its automatically create contact. Our users want a simple way. And do not want to add the email address manually. If using plugin, on what message we should add this plugin ? Create or update ?
