Adding specific amount to a record field_workflow

Hello, I have a situation where i need to add 100 points to about 400 customers. All those customers collect points and they all have specific integer number in amount of colected points. I need to create a workflow that will add 100 points to 400 customers (just about 4% of all customers).

Can you help me with that?
