Hello all,
I am wondering how can I change the "Status Reason" of an email activity from "Received" to "Sent". I used a CRM for Outlook official MS CRM addon to "Track" the emails so they create a record in our CRM. But for some reason it synced some emails as "Received" instead of as "Sent".
I am now looking to change those "Status Reason" emails to "Sent". Anyone has any ideas how to do that?
What I tried:
Export the record, change the status reason in the excel file to sent, upload back: does not work.
Export record, then delete record, change the status reason in the excel file to sent, upload back: does not work.
Is there any other way to do this.
P.S.: I am on an Online CRM deployment, therefore I do not have access to use codes or scripts.
