Hello, Do you guys know if i can and how to add the owner of the record to the duplicate detection message notification?
We used CRM on an organization with a lot of salesman who recieve both leads via webforms and by inbound calls. The thing is we don't want them to be able to open or read records they don't own. We activated a dupicate detection rule but we have found that sometimes a lead fills in the webform and then makes an inbound call. The via webform lead is assigned to sales agent A and the inbound call is on sales agent B.
So B takes the call creates the record and recieves the notification, but the view inside the notification doesnt show who is the original owner so he doesnt know who to transfer to.
Do you guys know how to fix this or if it is possible?
