How to prevent creating tasks and emails in crm

Dear everybody,

I am using the crom outlook client which is great because I am able to create tasks and emails which are shown within my crm online. Is there a way to prevent users from creating tasks and emails in crm? My goal is to create those activities only within Outlook and just make them visible in crm when created.
