Migrating from CRM 2015 to 2016

We are attempting to migrate from CRM 2015 to 2016 ( Created a new environment which consists of a SQL server and CRM server)

After restoring the SQL backup from CRM 2015 and trying to import the organization into CRM 2016, we receive this error:

I figured we could delete this workflow since it's not used anymore, but when we try to delete, we get a generic error message:
