I am using CRM 2016 online and have set the CRM for Outlook App (lightweight App) for the users. My question is (probably not related to the app but more of a general question), when tracking an email from Outlook into CRM, if I have duplicate email addresses in the system which record does it track to?
I tested this and when I tracked the email it tracked against a specific Contact record, but how does CRM decide which contact to track to if there are duplicate Contacts with the same email address?
