Scoring Answers in Voice of the Customer

Hi All, 

I am trying to customise the scoring functionality of VoC, what I need to do is:

1. allow users to choose only one answer per question

2. provide a weighted score (number) per answer , so that in the end of the survey I will have a sum value of all answers in order to get the total score for the questionnaire.

So far I have built the questionnaire but the only way to define weighted score per answer is to use "Single or Multiple Rating Columns". However, the limitation of using this survey type is that it does not allow you to have unique answer per question. It only allows you to define common set of answers (such as High, medium, low etc) for all questions.

Can anyone please advise on how can I build a questionnaire with single response questions where each answer will have a certain score?
