Which Users within CRM can send email as a queue? e.g. the queue has it's own mailbox "supportie.xyz.com". Which Users in CRM can send emails as the queue? Is this configured somewhere? Or can anyone send as a queue, once it's been configured? I would have thought you would have to be listed in the Members of the Shared Mailbox, but I was able to send out an email using an admin account that wasn't a member. Perhaps this was because the admin owned the queue?
