Hi guys,
I have a requirement to generate a Word Template document on our Accounts and to send this Template to the Primary Contact on the Account via email.
I am able to create a workflow to generate the Word Templates for each of the Accounts and attach this to the record as a Note, by following the instructions here - https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/crmcat/archive/2016/02/05/how-to-auto-generate-word-templates-using-a-simple-workflow-and-oob-action-in-crm-2016-no-code
Are there any no-code solutions that would allow me to send this as an email attachment to my contacts? Or are there any solutions that have been published by any other experts that could accommodate this request (ideally free ones...)?
I know that it is possible to do this by creating a custom workflow activity, but my coding skills are fairly limited so I'm not sure how capable I would be in creating this.
Any help would be appreciated!
