Out of the Box Sub -Grid refresh does not work through Outlook

Hello,

I'm facing an issue wherein the grid refresh does not happen automatically. More details on this are as follows:

Outlook Plugin- 7.0.1.129

CRM- 8.1.0.369

Scenario: Form 1 has the sub grid. When i add a record using the + sign present on the sub grid, a new form( Form 2) opens up. I enter all the details on the form 2 and click on Save and Close. Form 2 closes but the sub grid on Form 1 does not refresh, causing it to show old count of records.

This however works through web browser but not through Outlook.

I have another form 3 and  the above scenario works absolutely fine(sub grid refreshes) on it.
