Incoming email router issue in CRM 2016 on-premise

Hi,

I have configured email router for incoming and outgoing mails through email router configuration manager. Test access is successful for both incoming and outgoing. Outgoing email is perfectly working but incoming mails did not synchronized. I have also updated SP1 but still same problem. Please tell me what is the issue in CRM 2016 on-premise?
