CRM 2016 on-premise blank report on Outlook client

Hi,

When I run CRM from browser (IE 11), reports could be generated as expectation.

But when I run report from outlook client (MS Office 2016), show "processing request..."(didn't have "report is being generated.." message); then, only blank report.

My CRM 2016 version is 8.1.0.359 on premise(outlook client, ssrs connector are same version).  The problem happened after I upgraded it from 2015.

Also, I couldn't find any error message.

Anyone has clue? Thanks.
