Activities loading issue

Hi All,

I have facing production issue in on premise 2016 when open a account then activities social pane showing(loading...) not open the any activities. once I click the All from the dropdown then It will show related activities. 

Please let me know if any one facing the same issue and any solution for that. is the product issue or anything missing?
