There is no shortage of blog posts and YouTube videos showing the basic functionality of the "Outlook App" for CRM 2016 - specifically from late 2015. At that time, it was clear that the Outlook App wasn't supported for On-Premise CRM. However, I see that Microsoft now has a section on their KB for installing the App against an On-Premise CRM 2016 server (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn946901.aspx#BKMK_DeployOnprem). It basically says to enable IFD. OK...... Does anyone else have any insight into this? Does the Outlook App for CRM 2016 actually integrate (either at all or WELL) with On-Premise CRM?
