Hi,
I want to ask if anyone would know if there is anyway to reset the Quotation Status Reason (Closed - Canceled) to Status Reason (Active - In Progress)?
Scenario:
1. I have a quotation in draft (where it links to 2 lookup record).
2. I activated the quotation as Active
3. I Revised the quotation (now I have 1 canceled quotation (v.0) and 1 draft quotation - (v.1)
4. I edited the (v1) draft quotation (replaced the 2 lookup record)
5. Now I want to Cancel the (v.1) and set the (v.0) as (Active - In Progress) with the same version number.
Any idea how to do that?
I have tried below, but failed....
1. Use workflow to set (v.1) as Closed - Canceled); then use workflow to set (v.0) to Active - In Progress.... all failed. It is giving me a workflow error saying something related to current record is not in "Draft" status, etc.
