Appointment Status is not consistent in Core and iPad. How do we achieve the same?

CRM ONLINE (Core)
-----------------------------
Created New Call – Status “Open”
Saved the Call – Status Changed to “Scheduled”
Mark Complete – Status changed to “Completed”

IPAD
------
Created New Call – Status is “Blank”

Save the Call – Status Changed to “Scheduled”
Mark Complete – Status changed to “Completed”

Please help us regarding above issue.
