Cannot create new record and edit record in CRM Mobile when Offline

Hi,

at this time, I'm using CRM Online Update 1 (8.1.0.502) (DB 8.1.0.502).

already download dynamics crm for mobile through playstore and also from windows store.

all aplication looks fine when connected, but when I'm going to offline, I cannot create record and also edit record that I've created when I offline. All fields has been lock.

I already did the step that mention in microsoft link (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm-customer-center/configure-mobile-offline-synchronization-for-crm-for-phones-and-tablets.aspx). but still, not able to create new record (even for draft) and edit it.

need help for this.
