Upgrading from CRM 2013 to CRM 2016

Hello Community Members,

My project is currently running on CRM 2013 on premise +IFD which I have to upgrade to the latest version i.e. CRM 2016.

Being new to CRM I don't know the steps to that , can someone enlighten me on how can i upgrade and what are the steps which i should take for the upgradation(Please explain the steps a little bit if you can otherwise ok).
