Entitlement channel and remaining terms does not decrease

Hello,

I created and fill the entitlement form and when I create new case I selected the origin and entitlement field but in entitlement does not decreased the remaining terms and the phone in entitlement channel.Here are the print screens of the entitlments form and case form. What can I do to solve this problem??
