I am looking to synch outlook contacts to CRM 2016 (on-prem). I understand how to use the Track button in the CRM Outlook plug-in to create a synchronized contact in CRM. I also understand how to link that contact to an account. However, I am confused as to how I can synchronize existing outlook contacts with existing CRM contacts. Microsoft's documentation mentions the de-dupe function, but advises users to hit cancel if they find a dupe. This does not really achieve the objective of synchronizing contacts.
Does anyone know how to address this?
