I recently made changes to contact view on our marketing list page and the "see the records associated with this view" button disappeared. I did some research and found this article http://www.crmsoftwareblog.com/2014/03/dynamics-crm-2013-subgrid-to-associated-view-button/ so I added an N:N contact relationship from the Marketing List form and suddenly the "see the records associated with this view" button reappeared. Unfortunately, now when you click the "see the records associated with this view" button it shows that there are no associated contacts (even though the associated contacts are still visible from the Marketing List page).
The last bit of this article https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/p/135933/307459#307459 mentions how in the formatting tab of the contact subgrid on the marketing page it shows that the subgrid uses 2 columns on a 2 column section however it only takes up one column on the form. One of my changes that lead to this problem was to create a new one column section and move the contact/lead/account subgrids onto the one column section so that it would expand across the form. So I created another 2 column section, moved the contact/lead/account subgrids back to it and set the subgrids to take up 2 columns. This was promising as the form once again showed that despite setting the subgrids to take up both columns of the section, the subgrids only took up one column (as things appeared in the original form). However after I published these customization I couldn't even open a marketing list in CRM! I'd click on a list and just get a blank page.

Does anyone know how to fix my mistake?
