Move to multiple stage programmatically in business process

Hi,

Need to move from stage 01 to stage 05 , Even though there are mandatory steps in stage 02 and stage 03, i need to by-pass programatically from workflow and set stage 05 as active ,

Is it possible ? Any help would be useful.
