Issues with Firefox and Chrome browsers with Case Notes

Hi There,

Unfortunately I am writing to let you know I have a few issues with CRM which I am not able to resolve myself. I am using fire fox (most up to date version) and have cleared the cache numerous times and history. It also takes a while to load when I am searching for one of my schools.
When I sometime click on a case I have to press CTRL+F5 about 3 or 4 times so I can see all the filters, columns and information etc. One big issue is that I am unable to see notes on case ? even if I highlight clear cache etc they won’t appear just their names which I have attached in a pic above.

I have tried to use alternative webrowsers. I would really like to use chrome as it works fantastic for the first half hour then crashes and its extremely annoying when you have to try and get through a lot of cases. I have also tried Internet explorer, that works great to HOWEVER once I send an email it won’t allow me to go back its sticks which is extremely frustrating.

Is there a reason on all browsers that I have to click back numerous times to go back on the previous page after sending an email? I really hope you resolve these issues or improve the reliability of them as it would make my work like a lot more easier. Look forward to hearing back from you!
