Have some odd behaviour when using javascript to locked the Case's description.
I have populated the email's content to the Case's description for the email to case auto-creation. And I have used JS to locked the description so that user will not be able to edit the description.
However, I found out that when the description is very lengthy, I will not be able to see any words in the description. When hovered the mouse over the description, a pop-up will show the details.
Does anyone has any clues on this issue. Thanks in advance.
