Plugin Registration Issue using TLS 1.2

Hi,

I am getting the below error when trying to connect to our CRM 2011 Org Service after enabling TLS 1.2(TLS 1.0 Disabled).

Error: Metadata contains a reference that cannot be resolved. The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

Please help how to using plugin registration with TLS 1.2
