Getting SQL Server Error when Qualifying Leads to Opportunity

Hey guys,

Yesterday Microsoft was doing maintenance on CRM and it was down for some time. It was fixed and so I tried to create a dummy lead and tried to qualify them , however I got an SQL Server Error. I have created a case with Microsoft but that could take some time. Anyone has a solution or is anyone else experiencing this?

Here's what the Log file says:
<s:Envelope xmlns:s="schemas.xmlsoap.org/.../envelope"><s:Body><s:Fault><faultcode>s:Client</faultcode><faultstring xml:lang="en-US">Generic SQL error.</faultstring><detail><OrganizationServiceFault xmlns="schemas.microsoft.com/.../Contracts" xmlns:i="www.w3.org/.../XMLSchema-instance"><ErrorCode>-2147204784</ErrorCode><ErrorDetails xmlns:a="schemas.datacontract.org/.../System.Collections.Generic"/><Message>Generic SQL error.</Message><Timestamp>2016-08-11T14:38:44.5964957Z</Timestamp><InnerFault><ErrorCode>-2147204784</ErrorCode><ErrorDetails xmlns:a="schemas.datacontract.org/.../System.Collections.Generic"/><Message>Generic SQL error.</Message><Timestamp>2016-08-11T14:38:44.5964957Z</Timestamp><InnerFault><ErrorCode>-2147220970</ErrorCode><ErrorDetails xmlns:a="schemas.datacontract.org/.../System.Collections.Generic"/><Message>System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Microsoft Dynamics CRM has experienced an error.
