Exchange Online and CRM on-premise SSS

Hello guys


I created a server side sync exchange online profile and associated a mailbox / queue with it, which has also an automatic creation rule (to automatically create a case).
Now when I send an email, it takes approx. 5-6 minutes until it creates an activity and then a case. But when I send an email with a subject which is already a case, then it takes 1-2 minutes.

The minimum polling interval is set to 0 minutes. But it looks like it does not have any effect (also 1 minute did not work).
I am looking for an option to get the email directly when it is sent to the mailbox. In the CRM 2013 email router it was possible to set a polling interval of 15 seconds, but I am not able to change the minimum polling interval to 0.25 minutes (which should be 15 seconds).

Is there another possibility, except to install an email router?
