Now that email router has been deprecated, have most of you migrated to server side sync? I'm curious about what you like/dislike about it?
I am trying to weigh out the real-life pros and cons of moving over to SSS. Most of the blogs and posts I read on the subject were regarding CRM 2013 and we are on Dynamics 365 online.
- Is it still an issue that SSS only tracks emails that are currently being tracked, or has that issue been rectified since 2013?
- What are the greatest pain points to using SSS in your opinion?
