When I click on the Export To Excel button from the accounts search screen, I do not see the option to ‘make this data available for reimporting’I only see static worksheet, dynamic pivot table etc. I basically want to export some records, update one particular field and then reimport the records. So I do not wish to create new records rather just do a mass update. I have system admin rights so should be able to do everything in the system. I have found that when I try to import the spreadsheet back new records are being crated rather than updating the one field. Columns A-C which contain the GUID etc are on the spreadsheet I want to reimport.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
