Pass Campaignid from CRM to Report

Hello All,

I  want to pass campaign id from the Campaign from to the report, i tried using FetchXML, but in the Business Intelligent Tools i am unable to find the "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Fetch" datasource option.

Any ideas of how to pass the parameter to the report using sql query, i have looked into many examples can anyone provide a simple example?
