Hoping someone can assist me with this.
I am new to CRM and have been creating a dashboard with specific lists and charts which looked great and delivered what i needed.
I set this as the default and had been working without issue, however when i came in on Monday and opened CRM the custom dashboard had been replaced with a standard dashboard and the customized dashboard was not in the drop down list to select.
I then explored the matter further and it appears that the issue may have related to the dashboard being re assigned, i located the user who the dashboard had been re assigned to and had this person reassign back.
When i relogged the dashboard was back however no data or charts were visible and the message advising that i did not have the correct privileges to access object or to run the function.
I tried disabling and then re-enabling my user account, however this did nothing.
Can anyone assist me on the specific steps or what needs to be done to rectify so i don't have to build it all, given it is there just not accessible.
